Amanda holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) degree from Charles Sturt University and completed a Graduate Diploma in Relationship Counselling at the Institute of Family practice in Sydney. Amanda has worked in the field of human services since 2007 as a Relationship Educator with Anglicare Sydney where she ran group workshops in relationship education for premarital and married couples and as the Director of PREPARE/ENRICH Australia, where she is the lead trainer of PREPARE/ENRICH facilitators across Australia. Amanda has worked with many pre-marital and married couples in both an individual and group format. Amanda has presented at various National Conferences and speaks regularly to organisations supporting Marriage and Relationship Educators and couples supporting marriage enrichment.
