I have been using the PREPARE/ENRICH program for over 10 years with couples in preparation for marriage as well as preparation for engagement and within marriages. I offer tailored couple sessions, couples group programs and couple retreats as well as the parenting program to support people to develop, strengthen, restore, and reconcile relationships (individual, couple/family and community). Relationships are central to life and when healthy, they are often the glue that strengthens a family, a team or an organisation.
I completed my graduate studies from the University of Tasmania with a bachelor of Social Work with Honours in 2006. With over 15 years’ experience as a social work practitioner, I have also gained further training and qualifications in PREPARE/ENRICH pre-marriage & marriage program, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practice, creative and play therapies, Restorative Practice, youth challenging behaviours and therapeutic group facilitation.
I provide contract work to Youth Justice, Child Safety Services and the Office of the Education Registrar. I am also trained as a PREPARE/ENRICH trainer for new facilitators in Tasmania.
