Hi, I am Ib. The abbreviation for Ibrahim as my colleagues and students used to call me while I was working as a lecturer in TAFE and also as a High School Teacher.
I have a BSc. in Architectural Engineering (Egypt), Associate Diploma in Architectural Drafting (TAFE, Adelaide/Australia) and Bachelor of Education (Uni. SA) and Prepare/Enrich.
I have vast life experience in a range of settings including a professional, a semi-professional and even in a non-professional setting.
Working with different professionals and non-professionals as well as having a few qualifications, gives me the capacity to help and guide individuals in living the best life possible.
I have been, and continue to be involved in a variety of ministries and leadership at the Coptic Orthodox Church since 1976.
During my ministry I have had opportunities to work with different age groups, especially youth and also family group.
It is my firm view that everyone, regardless of their background, beliefs, or ethnicity, deserves to live their best life possible.
For me, the most important values when working with couples are empathetic listening, a non-judgmental attitude, and a solution-focused approach.
