I’m a counsellor and psychotherapist with many years of professional counselling experience and am passionate about providing counselling that helps people to think and feel more positively about themselves and to feel more connected in their relationships. My approach to couples counselling is strengths-based and includes developing couples’ communication and conflict resolution skills. Through their counselling sessions, clients are supported to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their partners and to feel more empowered in creating positive change in their relationships.
