PREPARE/ENRICH Return Policy
 
You must contact our office first to make arrangements for your return, and complete a Customer Request for Return Form to accompany the return.
 
All items in new condition may be returned within 20 days from date of purchase for either a refund or exchange.  Shipping charges are not refundable. 
 
All product must be in resalable condition and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit.
 
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

• PREPARE/ENRICH online scoring credits.
• Any item(s) that is more than 20 days from date of purchase.
• Any book or manual that has obvious signs of use.
• Any item damaged, incomplete or not in its original condition.
